Ive tried a few products, found Reductil (Subitramine) to be one of the best, but really only for short term use.
For long term results, found this program to be great and keep all the weight I lost off after coming off Reductil.

Definently Adderall not harsh if you use it moderately but it might keep you awake at the begining. Find someone with a script or something... I dont know

awesome question,, i need them too, im a hungry pig all the time! lol ive tried duromine [prescribed] and ur right theyr harsh!,, i brought ''hunger busters'' from the chemist,, theyr a fibre tablet with some appetite suppressant in em,, but im too lazy to eat them 30 minutes b4 a meal,,lol u could always take metamucil [a selinium fibre drink] b4 meals,, its pretty good i hear, i need to try that i think, ive tried it b4 and it does fill u up,, i just keep forgetting to take these things b4 i stuff my face!!!!

Adderall will eat up your appetite like nobody’s business, good luck getting a prescription to that though…
