Is there an appetite suppressant that actually works?
I don;t have an eating disorder or anything like that, but the medication I’m on is causing me to put on a lot of weight and until I am well enough to get out and do some exercise I would like something to stop me from being hungry all the time and eating so much – before I started the meds I never felt like this so would like to use an appetite suppressant on a temporary basis.
Any suggestions?
to be honest as it’s temporary i would not worry so much. however just make sure you drink lots of water to keep your body, esp the liver hydrated. when you’re hungry or really want to snack, eat fruit and veg, it might sound unappealing at the time but once it fills the void you will be fine

I find that tea and coffee sometimes work as appetite suppressants
