i weighted 220 …
i weighted 220 myself last year. I became more active basically just running and jogging daily and ignored unnecessary food. I now weight 160 and have more energy thruought the day.

I love this video. …
I love this video. What I love even more than the actual weight loss is how their expressions and postures are all different… and many of them traded in plain and baggy clothes for really nice, flattering ones. They are all so much more confident looking!
