I know that diet and exercise is the best…which I do plan to do. But for now, I just want a pill to kick start the weight loss and to control my appetite. Is there such a pill that will work w/out the exercise?

These products are a waste of money, don’t work, and some are actually bad for you with nasty side effects. No pill, potion or supplement will help. Please don’t fall for all the spam adverts you see. Many of the sites are scams.

All you need is a good healthy diet – lots of fruit and veg, and exercise. It takes time and motivation, there is no quick fix
