What Hoodia Does (And DOESN’T Do)
Posted by: | CommentsBy now you’ve probably heard a lot about this amazing organic substance that is extracted from the African Hoodia Gordonii plant. Pure African Hoodia has been reported to do many things. The only thing it really does (and does very well), is reduce your appetite. Contrary to many myths Hoodia Gordonii won’t do sit-ups for you, or decide what you eat. It isn’t a weight loss supplement or a diet pill. It is an appetite suppressant. (And it’s a great appetite suppresant!) Period.
If you have a problem with always feeling hungry, or have wild cravings when you attempt a diet or weight loss program, Hoodia can help. After a few days you’ll notice that you aren’t “thinking about food” and fighting cravings all day!
If you would like to start a diet/workout program to lose a few pounds Hoodia Gordonii is a safe, natural way to eliminate those cravings and stop your mind from constantly thinking about food. That’s what it does, and that’s what you should expect when trying Hoodia. If you want to “forget about hunger” then Hoodia Gordonii will work for you. It won’t exercise for you, or cook a healthy meal plan for you, it will take away the most painful part of dieting, your CRAVINGS!!
Here are the 3 best Hoodia products we found available online today.
#1: Hoodia Balance ![]() Nothing fancy here. Just real African Hoodia Gordonii extract that is verified by their C.I.T.E.S license. If you want to try Hoodia to see how effective it is in quashing your cravings and eliminating your hunger, this is the simplest, smartest way to try it.

#2: Hoodia Gordonii Plus ![]() This product contains high grade, legitimate African Hoodia Gordonii as well. They have also included some other ingredients to gently raise your metabolism. If you want a supplement that will help you burn off a few pounds as well as eliminate your hunger, this is our recommendation. Top quality Hoodia extract and a metabolism booster. If you want a “little extra” with your Hoodia we suggest you investigate this product.

#3: Hoodia Chaser ![]() This product is for those who like the convenience of a spray over a pill. Some people think that a spray will reduce the absorption time for the Hoodia to overcome any cravings or hunger quickly. We have read studies that argue that a spray might be better, and others that recommend a supplement. This is a high quality product, and if your preference is “spray over pill” you should try this.

Wulong Tea for Weight Loss Lies and Misinformation
Posted by: | Comments
People are becoming more and more confused over the plethora of articles and self serving blog posts about Oolong tea claiming knowledge about a topic they know nothing about. As soon as a researcher giving oolong tea to rats mentioned “weight loss” that was the open door for the scam artists to go into overdrive and proclaim that Oolong tea is now clinically proven to solve the worlds’ weight loss problems.
Manipulation of facts for monetary gain is now the norm on just about every Oolong tea website claiming magical weight loss properties. Even celebrities have been dragged into the arena either knowingly for financial reward or unwittingly like Oprah and Rachel Ray. The websites are cleverly designed with big celebrity pictures and the overall impression is to strongly imply that celebrities are drinking and endorsing the vendors own brand of Oolong tea weight loss product.
That is an example of Oolong tea website owners using half truths with a spin designed to fool people into buying their supposed weight loss tea product. Confusion brought about by deliberate mis-information. A while back, January 26th 2004 to be more specific, the Wall Street Journal published an article by Jennifer Saranow titled “Steeped in Confusion”. (Full Article) Since this time nothing has changed to keep the public properly informed on the benefits, or otherwise, of drinking tea on a regular basis for either natural health or weight loss purposes.
Like anything else related to losing weight and health, the FDA and other similar global agencies have no interest in the rampant lies and deceit. It quite literally takes a death or two for them to take action against the people producing these pills and potions as in the case of the weight loss compound Trimspa which was linked to the unfortunate death of Anna Nicole Smith. It is important to realize that the FDA is primarily about making sure that a product has been demonstrated to be safe so on the rare occasion that you see a weight loss product with ‘FDA Approved’ stamped on the label it absolutely does not mean that it will work and slim you down. Most weight loss products have an FDA disclaimer in the small print somewhere saying it is NOT FDA approved.
Of course, since 2004 there have been numerous studies and clinical trials with various Oolong teas more geared toward humans than laboratory animals, and although many of the results are looking promising as we gain more understanding into the world of polyphenols, anti oxidants, flavonoids and theaflavins as they impact our natural health from the drinking of Green, White, Oolong and Black Teas we must always remember not to take what the sellers of these weight loss tea packages tell us at face value.

15 Day Weight Loss®
Posted by: | Comments
When purchasing any weight loss product, it is important to do your research. Many people are exchanging their opinions about 15 Day Weight Loss on DietBlogTalk.com
For an additional source, check out 15 Day Weight Loss on the very popular Sensational.com
Overview
Nature’s Secret holds slow digestion and a backed up digestive tract accountable for many people’s lethargy and poor metabolism. While these issues may hinder a diet to some extent, it doesn’t follow that a cleansing regimen will lead to a more effective diet. 15 Day Weight Loss® may support some aspects of health but it is doubtful metabolism is among them. There seems to be no reason for spending 15 days simply adding more fiber to your diet when you could be taking an actual diet aid that helps those extra pounds come off.
Ingredients at a Glance
This formula is made with a long list of ingredients: Calcium, Psyllium, Uva Ursi, Cascara Sagrada, Juniper, Plum, Beet, Grapefruit, Oat, Chickweed, Chlorella, Dandelion, Echinacea, Ginger, Chamomile, Fenugreek, and a proprietary blend of other herbal ingredients.
Ingredients in Focus
Psyllium and oats are fibrous, bulking up stool and thought by some to “scrub” the digestive tract. This may do little good, however, considering this product also contains laxatives like Cascara Sagrada that often cause diarrhea.
15 Day Weight Loss® also includes a number of diuretic agents such as Dandelion and Uva Ursi. These components may lead to increased urination and a loss of water weight, but do little else to effect the body.
Positives
• Contains fiber, a necessary part of any diet
Negatives
• Manufacturer does not offer a free sample
• No testimonials listed on the official website
• This company does not seem to provide a money back guarantee
• Not an appetite suppressant
Final Thoughts
15 Day Weight Loss® is obviously made to be a cleanser rather than a true diet supplement. If you want to spend over two weeks having to use the bathroom on a regular basis, than perhaps this product is for you! But if you are serious about losing weight with the help of quality herbal products, you may want to consider a weight loss supplement. A fat burner and appetite suppressant will get you to that ideal weight a lot fast than a fiber supplement.
