I like alli, it ups … I like alli, it ups the consequences for cheating. Its like when you are on a diet and you see that piece of delicious triple chocolate cake, the next thing you always ask your self is “will eating this be worth failing at my diet?” and usually it is. With alli you will see that same piece of cake and instead be like “Will eating this be worth myself?” And most of the time I’m sure we would all say no.
I agree that … I agree that exercise and proper diet are better ways to get and stay healthy however some people just don’t have the time to do the exercising and alli helps them with that.
Alli works. You … Alli works. You don’t have to use adult diapers. You seriously have to be overeating and exceeding fat intake to need that. It is worth it because it trains you to be mindful of what you take in. If you don’t be a glutton you won’t have mistakes. Frankly I have overdone it a few times and didn’t have a mad dash to the toilet just went and expelled the excess fat without the “oops” or needing a diaper. Women, just use a liner placed strategically if your self conscious about mistakes happening.

Some of the idea is … Some of the idea is aversion therapy, as well as reduced fat absorption. If you eat a burger and suffer for it you’re less likely to succumb to temptation next time. So if the issue is lack of willpower it should “re-train” you.
i see ppl on here … i see ppl on here suggesting we “save our money” and just exercise. well some ppl just flat out can’t. you never know if one doesn’t have time (those ppl DO exsist). their exercise is their job! lol. others may be physically incapable of any worthwhile exercise. so, if there are ppl like these who opt to just diet, y not boost the success rate by taking alli? i started today, but i’m exercising too.
so 68 grams of fat … so 68 grams of fat and ONLY 51 grams are absorbed is worth wearing diapers and your pants? Why not just exercise to lose permanent weight
I have 2 kids under … I have 2 kids under 2 so they are both in diapers don’t want to have to be in one myself. Alli is 50 bucks a month for 50 bucks a month I got a memebership to the YMCA for my whole family, and lost 8 lbs in 2 weeks just jogging and swimming and they have childcare included free so my kids play while I work out. This is not a long term fix. Just stop being lazy and work out yall!

As this drug costs around £50 a month to take, may I suggest… Exercise. Save your money and buy some gym equipment and get exercising, or get on your bicycle or go running, or visit your local swimming pool. Much more effective, you burn calories, get fit, and tone your body too.

Wow…this is only … Wow…this is only for people who don’t follow the diet. I am on this diet. I stick to 1200 calories a day and each of my meals contains no more than 10 grams of fat. I also eat the recommended amounts of each food group. i’ve lost 15 lbs so far and have not had 1 side effect. woot!
