l purchased a bottle of hoodia made by richardsons labs. it is 500 mg per capsule. does this particular brand get made with the real plant, or is it just a joke? i am 250+ lbs so should i start with one or more?

It contains an extraction from the plant. It is not a cure for being overweight, but it can be a part of a thorough weight loss program.
