Losing weight is the hardest thing to do. If requires so much effort and in the fast pace worked we live in where our time is demanded on so many fronts we often have no time for ourselves. omg please help im on a road to nowhere…..i think…..?
okay so ive been taking hoodia supplements for about a month and have lost 17lbs i just recently started taking omega 3 like 4 days ago because the guy at vitamin world says i should take it with the hoodia
today i tried hydroxycut on top of all that
i wake up at 5
between 6:00-6:30 i eat a bowl of go lean (110 cals) fat free milk (90 cals) orange (60 cals)
on the way to school i have coffee with some fat free cream (20 cals)
third period i have a apple (70 cals) then about an hour later i have some carrots (35-70 cals) or (2)clementines (40 cals)

then at lunch at 12 i have a banana(90 cals) orange (60 cals) and ill have a luna bar or balance bar or a fiber plus bar before track (45 minsbefore)
after track i have a grapefruit(80 cals)
then at around 6:00-7:00 ill have dinner half a canteloupe(80 cals) orange(60 cals) and and apple (70 cals) and ill have some salmon ( 96-120 cals)
when i started my diet i ate around 500 calories a day and now i eat almost 1200
because i read online if you dont get enough calories your metabolism will slow down

when i started i weighed 138 and now (i weighed myself last friday) im 121
i want to be 110-115
when i get to my goal i will still eat healthy like this but ill stop taking hoodia and hydroxycut
will i gain weight when i stop taking it (hoodia and hydroxycut)!!!!!!!!!???????????????????????? THIS IS MY MAIN CONCERN

oh and cals is calories haha i was to lazy to spell out calories all the way
and on weekend i work out for an hour because i do not have track on the weekends
oh an on the weekend my diet id difrent
usually less calories
i usually treat myself with a veggi burger patty,a lean cuisine, low calories soup, some shrimp, fat free burrito, and a skinny cow but not all in one day haha

Your diet is lacking some serious protein. I don’t even know how you lost all that weight. You sure most of it was fat? and not just water?

I go by the mirror not by the scale. To many obsess over it

include some more lean protein in your breakfast and lunch and snacks. Casein protein powder is a good one to add to help you feel full. Great before bed also.
