No, it does not. Take my word for it, any kind of diet supplement is just a bad idea. You also have to remember that if you’re taking other medications, it can inhibit them, or, in some cases I’m sure, cause health issues.
I’m SURE some will disagree..but they didn’t take college nutrition, most diet pill are basically speed.
I CAN tell you what does work!
Whole wheat foods, and more complex carbs, which are the PRIMARY energy source for the body, providing the sufficient amounts of glucose for the brain — the brain needs glucose to function properly.
Stop drinking soda, you’ll be glad you did, I am. And avoid caffenine in general. It’s just not good for you.
Less proteins, but don’t neglect them, red meat proveds iron so you should still eat it, just not as much.
Breakfast should be the larger meal, since you’ll be using the energy as fuel all day, lunch should be more like a snack, maybe carrots and tuna and applesauce, and dinner shouldn’t be too heavy, since you probably won’t be up and about using the fuel. Which in turn will be stored in the adipose tissue (fat).
Yada yada, you know I hear about these hoodia diet pills, you can eat whatever you want, but, honestly, why would you want to eat unhealthy at all? It’s not as hard as it sounds, I went from (coughs) 155 to 125 in a few weeks. People might tell you it’s impossible to lose that much weight normally, but it isn’t if you stick with it.
PS: make sure to wean yourself into water, your goal should be 8 glasses of 8oz of water a day.
MY advice, is to not trust Hoodia, or any diet pills, because NONE of them are actually supported by FDA, or any of the leading administrations in diets, nutrition, and overall health.
